Because your technique is critical to boosting your endurance, you should choose a bicycle that is optimal for your body type. For example, you should ensure that you are riding the right size bike for your height, as this will assist in maintaining your back health when cycling. In addition, check your saddle and handlebar height regularly to ensure a comfortable saddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Increase the long rides<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Increase the amount of time you spend cycling from week to week. Extending your limitations will increase biking endurance; the longer you bike in a single session, the greater your stamina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get the most out of your body, start weeks, if not months, before regular riding to get your body fitter and better at utilizing its fat reserves.
